What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How are credits used for image editing?
Each image edit uses 5 credits. Credits are deducted automatically when you submit a generation or edit request.
What’s the lowest cost per credit?
With annual plans, the effective rate is as low as $0.028 per credit based on your plan’s monthly equivalent and included credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
For monthly and annual subscriptions, unused credits don’t carry over to the next billing cycle. One-time purchase credits never expire.
How do I check my remaining credits?
Your credit balance appears in the top-right of the app. You can also view details on the Billing page.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay—there are no additional fees beyond your selected plan.
What’s your refund policy?
You can request a refund within 3 days of your first purchase if you have used no more than 10 credits. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
